Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are packed with care and usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Personalised and custom gifts need extra time to make; the expected dispatch time is shown on the product page.

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days, depending on the PIN code.
• Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier coverage.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships we email you a tracking link, and you can follow its status any time from My Account → Orders.

Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address. Prices are not printed on the packing slip, so the surprise stays a surprise.

Couriers may be delayed by weather, festivals or other events outside our control. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; extra shipping charges may apply.
