An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

For personalised items, please check names, dates and messages carefully before you order. We make them exactly as entered and cannot accept returns for errors in the text you provide.

We try to show every product accurately. Small differences in colour or finish can happen because of screen settings or because an item is handmade.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

All content on giftcabin.in, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to GiftCabin and may not be reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
